MemberI suspect something has gone wrong during installation – check the filepath:
plugins/events-calendar-pro.php_/events-calendar-pro.php
It looks like an extra _ after php. Can you please delete the folder and install it again?
Thanks

MemberHello Aurelien
Are you asking for JSON-LD to be added for each event on the single venue page and not just the venue itself? I’d like to be sure I’m following you correctly about this issue.
If so, we’d love your input. I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
It will require consideration, because we’ve had push-back in the past when we’ve done things like this.
Thanks

MemberHi Jonathan
Can you clarify what you’d like to edit about the recurring events? If you modify them, it will take them out of the recurring series, so a link like http://wpshindig.com/event/womens-javascript-study-group/all/ would not include modified events. It may not be an issue for you at all, but worth noting.
I clicked on an event on the calendar, and the page did load. http://testsite.pilgrimchurch.us/testsite/event/kononia/2017-08-08/. Can you clarify which event you clicked on that resulted in a Not Found error?
The weekly view widget will fill the width of the content area it is placed in. If it’s in the body of a post/page, it’d take the width that a normal post/page would be. In the location you have it, it fills the space of it’s container. You might try the vertical code shown here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/#this-week-shortcode instead.
Thanks

MemberHi Joanna
Changes made locally would be things such as if you change the time on your own site and haven’t yet updated Facebook with that. On the next scan, it would be overwritten on your site. Only newly dated files will be updated, and only events with changes will be impacted. That said, I’d still suggest getting everything set properly on Facebook upon event creation.
Does that make sense?
Thanks

MemberHi Michelle
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-clone-a-wordpress-site-in-7-easy-steps/ is a good overview on how to make a dupliate of your site to use for testing. Your host may have other suggestion to achieve that as well.
In your log, I see Social Warfare as having quite a few conflicts, as well as on your theme, Onepress.
Do you get any errors when those are not active, especially when all else is disabled and you use a default theme? If there are debug logs for that state, it’d be super helpful for us to review.
Thanks

MemberHello Melvin
Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/ adds additional views to the calendar layouts, enables shortcodes, and permits recurring events. These are just some of the features. Do check out the page and let me know if there’s anything more I can do to help you.
Thanks

MemberHi Nicole
Did you run the test for conflicts? Usually that will resolve the main issue.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐

MemberHello Joanna
Unfortunately, yes, this is the best way to deal with existing duplicates.
However, you can prevent duplicates from happening possibly by going to Events ยป Settings ยป Imports ยป Event Update Authority. Do you have “Do not re-import events. Changes made locally will be preserved” selected?
Does the same thing happen when you have all other plugins disabled and a default theme in place?
Thanks

MemberHi Anthony
Good news – you can give our Release Candidate for Filter Bar a try now. Please go to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and scroll to the bottom of the downloads list.
Thanks

MemberThanks Josie
I was able to run the import locally and see those events populate. I saw the default events page working using the default themes in WordPress as well. However, with my basic knowledge of this theme, the default events page resulted in some errors and would not display. The errors indicate basically that I hadn’t defined this post type “Events”. This narrows it down specifically to a theme conflict.
https://www.ait-themes.club/knowledge-base/how-to-edit-layout-of-custom-post-type-detail-page-in-page-builder/ may help you with the events page layout.
I am seeing http://www.madwv.com/upcoming-events/category/upcoming-events/ displaying correctly. Are you as well? If you try to run an import now, does the preview of events display?
Also, I’d strongly suggest running all updates, including WordPress itself. There are known security vulnerabilities with outdated versions, as well as bugs. It’d be advised to fully back up your site before running the update, and/or also try doing updates first on a staging server.
Please let me know if the events are importing and if you are seeing the working theme as I do on the link above.
Thanks

MemberHello Rafael
On the mobile view mini-calendar, the events should be displaying when you click on the date.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
After that, please send along your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Topher! Or should I say, “Come Patsy!” ๐
The ticket for this feature is still in a “To Be Determined” state, so I’m thinking it’s not happening with our upcoming Filter Bar refresh due out in about a week. ๐ I, too, would love to have this feature.
You’ll definitely be notified as soon as that is available.
Thanks
