ParticipantI purchased the PRO version yesterday & activated the calendar. I now have the following error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function tribe_main_pue_helper() in /home4/wae4ju0acx6e/public_html/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro.php_/events-calendar-pro.php on line 41
I can’t get on my back office or any other part of my website. Help!

MemberHello Nicole
I’m sorry this is happening. You’ll need to deactivate the plugin within your hosting server. You can do this via FTP, or if your web host provides access via a file manager from cPanel. http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/ can help you with the FTP approach.
When you go to reactivate the plugin, first delete it completely from your site via ftp or through the file manager method. Then please refer to our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.ย
I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists as you re-enable each plugin individually. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

ParticipantThis calendar is simply not playing nicely with my website. I would like a full refund. Thank you.

MemberHi Nicole
Did you run the test for conflicts? Usually that will resolve the main issue.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberI suspect something has gone wrong during installation – check the filepath:
plugins/events-calendar-pro.php_/events-calendar-pro.php
It looks like an extra _ after php. Can you please delete the folder and install it again?
Thanks
