MemberHello Michelle
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Christopher
Have you tried testing this with a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/?
If that doesn’t work, please also deactivate all other plugins except ours and see if the issue persists.
Keep me posted on your results. I hope we can narrow this down quickly.
Thanks

MemberHello Gergana
At this time, we have a limited read only Rest API integration. You can find the ones we support directly via wp-json/tribe/events/v1/doc (which you can in turn plug into http://petstore.swagger.io/).
In the meantime you could create your own custom endpoints for the Calendar with this great information here http://v2.wp-api.org/extending/adding/
Weβd love more votes on this feature in our user suggestions area.
Thanks

MemberHi Randy
We’re very sorry to hear this. Is there anything we can do to assist you? What specifically wasn’t working?
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

MemberHi Michelle
I also ran this past one of our performance pros. Β Β They noticed that the PHP memory limit was exceeded. Your log is showing this Fatal error multiple times, so we would suggest you to increase the limit if possible. Β You’ll want to check with your webhost on how to do this.
Thanks

MemberHi Michelle
I was still noticing quite a few Fatal Error messages at the bottom of the file.
Another option for now is to look in your host’s cPanel for a ‘one click’ WordPress installer. Install a blank WP site, deactivate any plugins that come with it, and install/activate just our plugins. Test with a default theme and see if it works. Then one at a time, install the same plugins and theme until you find the source of the fatal errors and conflicts.
Please let me know how you are doing with all this.
Thanks

MemberHi Anthony
I do see now what you are looking to achieve. Unfortunately, we don’t have a customization on file for that at this time. I have forwarded this idea on to the team that creates our Extensions library. Your work around link in the text at the top does seem like a very useful idea.
For now, can you leave this idea at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Thanks

MemberThank You Brenunda
After reviewing the page with the error, it looks like you have a bug that will be resolved within 12-24hrs. We will be releasing an update shortly to resolve this. Please run the update and let me know if that solves it.
Thanks

MemberHi Melvin
No, the upgrade won’t undo any settings or data. You will still want to keep The Events Calendar installed and then additionally install Events Calendar Pro.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Terry
If you can’t remove the plugin by going to Plugins Β» Installed, you’ll need to get in to your hosting area either via FTP or if you have cPanel, browse the file manager and delete the plugin. http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
Please do send in your System Info and your results from Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/. I hope we can clear this up soon.
Thanks

MemberHello Betim
Sorry that this thread auto-closed. Were you able to delete the plugins from your site and resintall them? Did that resolve the issue? If not, were there updates available to try as well?
Thanks
