MemberHi Rion
Can you provide the name of the organization, including their website address? Also, if the name/email of the former employee is known, that could help us locate the account.
Thanks

MemberHi Tammy
I’ve removed the license as this is a public forum. You can use the license on the staging server. If you need to move that live later, you can walk through our Moving Your License Key Guide.
If the client’s license is still valid, you might still be within a window to get a refund on the license you purchased for her. We offer 30 day refunds. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Neesha
Thank you for sharing your work around. Unfortunately, you have come across at known bug. At this time, I do not have an exact solution or ETA for that. Our team is working on this as a high priority, and you will be notified as soon as that update is available.
Thanks

MemberHi Terje
We do not have a way of activating the old Facebook importer. However, Event Aggregator can do this. You are free to install your license on up to 10 sites and use it to import Facebook events. It counts based upon the cumulative number of scheduled imports in a day, not the quantity of events imported. Does that make sense?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Mitchell
The recommendation for a test site is a temporary step. Our goal is to identify if there is actually a bug in our software or if the problem is in by a theme, a plugin, or any other customizations, such as deleting libraries. If the test site functions with the libraries removed, then we know that the issue is elsewhere.
We definitely want to see your site working ASAP.
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHello Micaela
Unfortunately, Filter Bar will only work on the default events page at this time.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Thanks

MemberHi Casper
Can you remove the earlier code so that the dots are back on the mobile view? I’ll see if I can find a specific way to remove just recurring events then.
Thanks

MemberHi Luke, can you share the iCal link with me? I’d like to try replicating this issue.
Thanks

MemberHi Mitchell
At this point, I’d suggest a fresh install of WordPress and a fresh install of a default theme. You could do this in a folder/subdirectory on your existing site. Then install just our plugins. Please confirm if the issue persists at that time. Then begin removing the scripts you referenced: bootstrap, modernizer, jquery, google maps, etc, one at a time. Determine which of these is necessary to operate our plugins, if a conflict does arise.
Thanks
