Hey guys,
My web designer suggested I buy the Events Calendar Pro AND the Event Tickets add-on. He told me it would cost a little over $150. I got confused and bought the “Business” license, well, because I have a “business”. But really, I don’t need a personal license because I only have one site. Is there any way to correct this and get a refund for the difference between the “business” license and the personal license?
I also didn’t realize the difference between the free download of the Event Tickets download and the premium Plus add-on. if I could get my Events Calendar Pro license reverted to a personal license, I could afford to get the Event Tickets Pro personal license like my web designer was trying to instruct me to get.
Thanks.
