MemberHi Tina
Wow, I’m so sorry this is happening. The scheduled imports does seem to be a known bug, and I will flag this thread so that you are notified when a solution is available. The venues issue is very weird though. Can you share the Facebook page that you are trying to import from? I’d like to test that locally myself.
Thanks

MemberHello Martin
The Events Calendar automatically creates a page called Events. If you have a post or page named the same thing, a conflict will result. You can go to Events Β» Settings Β» General Β» Events URL slug and change the page we create from /events to /calendar or something similar if you prefer. Just avoid using anything that you’ve already created a page/post for manually.
Is there anything else I can do to help?
Thanks

MemberHi Trevor
I just tried searching this http://silver2016.staging.wpengine.com/events/?action=tribe_geosearch&tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=map&featured=false&tribe-bar-geoloc-lat=52.193636&tribe-bar-geoloc-lng=-2.22157500000003&tribe-bar-geoloc=Worcester+UK. Notice I added UK to the search, after finding at least one other Worcester (In Massachusetts, USA). Adding UK seems to have resolved the issue. I have searched for 4 other cities without including UK in the search, and it seems to work well.
I’m investigating this issue further, but it seems to be narrowed down to just once city for now.
Thanks

MemberHello Mary Jane
Can you confirm that you’ve gone through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
Finally, please check for Javascript errors: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Valentin
To create tickets with events, you will need our free plugin Event Tickets first. Then to sell tickets, you would want Event Tickets Plus as an add-on. This starts at $89 for a single domain.
In order to process payments, we currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways. You would install one of those plugins on your site to handle the payments.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
