RSVP not working in certain browsers

Hello,
I live the plugin! Thank you. When an end user inputs the number of attendees and clicks on Confirm RSVP there is an error to fill out the field that is not provided. When you click on the drop down it will open up the field. Most end users will input a number and click on Confirm RSVP – what is the process to make this work as opposed to having them click on the arrows? ALSO – Chrome does not display the arrows – i just want a solution that is across all browsers – can you assist?
