ParticipantI purchased Event Calendar Pro and somehow the plugin was uninstalled when moving my site to a new server. Upon reinstall I am getting the following error:
There is new version of Event Tickets Plus available but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.
Can you regenerate a license key? I do not want to have to purchase this twice…
Also, I am able to see the attendees that have registered… I am getting the following errors:
Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in /home/vmts/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/Tickets.php on line 815
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/vmts/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/Tickets.php on line 820

MemberHello Mary Jane
I hope I can help sort this out. You mentioned purchasing Events Calendar Pro, however, I only see a transaction for Event Tickets Plus on our records. Is that correct?
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key to see if this clears up the issue on activating your license on the new domain?
After we get the license working, let’s revisit the registered attendees.
Keep me posted about how the moving the license goes.
Thanks

ParticipantCourtney,
Yes, you are correct. It is Event Tickets Plus.
We had the site in development at dev.vmts.com. I initially purchased Event Tickets Plus and added the license key to that domain. When the site went live, we changed the domain to vmts.com. I tried to use the license key for the initial purchase and was notified that the key was out of installs. I am guessing this is because it is being seen as a second website.
Is it possible to reset the key to allow for reinstall on the live site?

MemberHello Mary Jane
Before resetting the license, can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/. This should resolve the issue for you.
Thanks

ParticipantGreat! The license key issue is resolved. However, the issue with the attendees still persists. Please see error code below.

MemberHello Mary Jane
Can you confirm that you’ve gone through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
Finally, please check for Javascript errors: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks
