Hello,
Thank you so much for the response before.

We ordered a personal license for the plugin accidently. We didn’t realize our client already had purchased a license.

We are doing development work for her and installed a copy of her site on our server: http://dev.clarkcreativedesign.com/savannaheventnetwork.com

Our client was not using your wonderful plugin but had it on her site – just deactivated. When we copied site and activated plugin we got an error with current license so we purchased a new not realizing she had a valid license.

Her old, valid license: [redacted]

Is there any way we can use her old license on our dev server?

Once we configure plugins/templates we will just activate the plugin on her server and will have no need of it on ours.

I’ve removed the license as this is a public forum. You can use the license on the staging server. If you need to move that live later, you can walk through our Moving Your License Key Guide.

If the client’s license is still valid, you might still be within a window to get a refund on the license you purchased for her. We offer 30 day refunds. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
