MemberHi Marc
So sorry about the conflict. The Events Calendar 4.5.12.3 is now available, which resolves an issue related to the display of events in the default Month View. This issue (https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/41496) was introduced with WordPress version 4.8.2 and impacts all previous versions of The Events Calendar–all users are encouraged to update as soon as possible. No other changes were made to any other areas of the plugin, and we apologize to anyone who might have been affected by this issue.
https://theeventscalendar.com/hotfix-the-events-calendar-4-5-12-3/.
We have since released a maintenance version as well as a feature version of the plugin. All versions up to 4.6 should work.
Please update and let us know if this resolves your issues.
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you though.
Please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.
Plugins such as Events Calendar Pro will continue to work but will not receive updates or have access to support. The exception to this is Event Aggregator, where the process involves accessing our server to handle imports. This will no longer work, nor will you have access to support.
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHello Özgür
I’m not able to view your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. Let’s see if I can help a little bit still.
Last week WordPress released an update to fix a security issue and applied it to old versions as well. Webhosts updated clients hosting plans to patch that security issue. However, it does impact older versions of The Events Calendar as well. Versions from 4.5.12.3 and on (we are currently up to 4.6) have the issue resolved.
I would recommend testing these updates using a staging server or at least duplicating the site into a private sub-directory on your host.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks

MemberHi Jenn
The next step in troubleshooting is to check for Javascript errors. Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
I did a quick look and saw 22 errors. Can you check into these?
I’d also suggest testing these with all other plugins except ours disabled, and using a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/.
Please let me know how this goes.
Thanks

MemberHey Erick
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to help with that customization much more, per our \Scope of Support / Terms.
However, you might find what you are looking for in https://github.com/moderntribe/advanced-post-manager.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Jasmine
Sorry for the confusion. You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi Ellen
Event Aggregator can do this.
So long as Outlook is providing a feed in a format understood by Event Aggregator (iCal, for example) and assuming the feed is ‘visible’ to users or agents other than users who are logged in to Outlook, then yes this should work.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Lucy
So sorry about the conflict. To fix this, we issued a hotfix within a few hours.

We have since issued a regularly scheduled maintenance release, along with a feature release. You should see any updates up to 4.6 will resolve the issues you’re having.
Please update and let us know if this resolves your issues.
Thanks

MemberHey Dan
Our events are using JSON-LD data (similar information that tells Google these are “events”). Even if you change the permalink from /events to something else, the underlying code will still tell Google this is an event, etc.
Of course, Google ultimately will do what they please, and no amount of code on our end can convince the search engine to pick things up or guarantee the expected outcome.
Thanks

MemberHi Lee
Can you send me an example of your CSV file?
Also, https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/ shows the formatting that our imports expect to find. Are your files configured like this?
Thanks

MemberHi Simon
My first guess is really a theme conflict. I do see one Javascript error on the page as well.
Since you aren’t wanting to test on a live site, I’d suggest duplicating the whole site to a staging server, or at least duplicating to a private subdirectory on your server and testing it there.
Please let me know how you progress. After basic conflicts testing, we can move on to more thorough testing if needed.
Thanks
