MemberHi Andrea
Can you tell me how you created these events? Did you manually create them, or did you import them as a CSV?
Also, during what versions/updates did you notice this began occurring?
Thanks

Can you also provide us with your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/? This will help us to troubleshoot further.
Thanks

MemberHi Michael
I just went to look at your calendar and was able to see the events display on the monthly calendar upon first load. Sometimes your local machine may see it cached. Are you able to check again now, possibly with a different browser or clearing your cache?
Let me know if it works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Steven
So sorry about the conflict. The Events Calendar 4.5.12.3 is now available, which resolves an issue related to the display of events in the default Month View. This issue (https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/41496) was introduced with WordPress version 4.8.2 and impacts all previous versions of The Events Calendarβall users are encouraged to update as soon as possible. No other changes were made to any other areas of the plugin, and we apologize to anyone who might have been affected by this issue.
https://theeventscalendar.com/hotfix-the-events-calendar-4-5-12-3/.
We’ve since released a routine maintenance and feature release. Anything above 4.5.12.2 will work. It is worth noting that because WordPress viewed this as a serious security issue, they retroactively applied their code changes many versions of WordPress back before 4.8.2. As such, your host may have applied that correction already, leading to the conflicts still happening.
Please update and let us know if this resolves your issues.
Thanks

MemberHey Grace
I exported in all 3 methods you mentioned. Each of them led to the expected result displaying the times correctly. I am in EDT, but all options provided put a disclaimer that the time zone was adjusted.
Are you able to test importing to Outlook with a different computer?
Thanks

MemberHi Ted
The Events Calendar is free while Events Calendar Pro is a paid plugin that provides additional features and support.
In your list of plugins, is Events Calendar Pro installed?
Thanks

MemberHey Mitchell
I notice that the previous/next links do work on several views. Are you seeing that too?
Regarding the filters dropping when switching from Week to Month view, you’ve found a new bug! Thanks for that. I’ve submitted it for our developers to work on. I’ll be sure you are notified as soon as a release ships that remedies this problem. Sorry for the delay on that one.
Thanks

MemberHey Lee
I’m checking on the additional fields in ETP being imported. Per https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/additional-fields-in-csv-import/, it wasn’t possible then. However, tomorrow I can get some eyes on it to see if we have any other solutions there.
For the end time field, can you be sure that your csv files contain the end date column? I didn’t see that when I opened them.
Thanks

MemberHi Jenn
We’d really suggest testing this on a staging server or at least making a duplicate of your site into a private sub-directory on your server. Unfortunately, we are a bit limited in what we can support without clients disabling all other plugins and trying a default theme. Please let us know when you can test this out.
Thanks

MemberHi Ted
Is it possible that you might be able to access your WordPress backend and send us a license key from the “Licenses” pane in your plugin settings? (WordPress sidebar under Events > Settings > License Keys.) With the license key, we might be able to track this down further.
If you can find it, please send it privately via email to
support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.
In the meantime, I’ll see if our team has any other ways to find this. I searched by domain name and was unable to locate the license.
Thanks
