Phone Numbers, End Times and Cost Fields NOT importing

I am having repeated issues when importing from CSV files where the phone numbers, end times and cost fields are not importing. They are not even showing up in the preview process so I can assign them to the correct meta fields. End Times are very helpful when we have recurring events that overlap throughout the week and phone numbers are needed for contacting organizers. Need help. Thanks!

Can you send me an example of your CSV file?

Also, https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/ shows the formatting that our imports expect to find. Are your files configured like this?

I’m checking on the additional fields in ETP being imported. Per https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/additional-fields-in-csv-import/, it wasn’t possible then. However, tomorrow I can get some eyes on it to see if we have any other solutions there.

For the end time field, can you be sure that your csv files contain the end date column? I didn’t see that when I opened them.

It looks like your start date formatting isn’t consistent. 7/23/17 vs 25-Jul-17. Can you modify those as well?

For your custom fields: did you create them at Events » Settings » Additional Fields on your site before importing the csv file?
