We sent along some information privately by email regarding your account.

MemberThank you Mary. I am not able to reproduce this locally. Can you help me troubleshoot a little further?
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
We do have several users all with the same issue, and are trying to track down the conflict source.
Thanks

MemberHi Marc
Were you using Plugins » Updates?
Worst case scenario, you can go to Plugins in your wp-admin dashboard, delete The Events Calendar, and reinstall it. It will not lose your data.
Thanks

MemberHey Lee
It looks like your start date formatting isn’t consistent. 7/23/17 vs 25-Jul-17. Can you modify those as well?
For your custom fields: did you create them at Events » Settings » Additional Fields on your site before importing the csv file?
Thanks

MemberThanks Ted
I’ve sent in a request to our purchasing department to see if they can trace this any other way. If it was purchased via a previous web agency vs your organization, it may not be recoverable. I’ll keep you posted on what we find.
Thanks

MemberGreat to hear Michael. Caching can be a pain at times 😉

MemberHey Nicolas
The import features you are looking for are part of Event Aggregator. That is a different product than Events Calendar Pro.
If you purchased the one expecting features of the other, we can swap the license for you. Can you let me know how you’d like to proceed?
Thanks

MemberHi Matthew
So sorry for any confusion. It looks like you are up to step 4 at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/. I am not seeing an ecommerce plugin in your system info. Have you activated Easy Digital Downloads or WooCommerce yet?
Thanks

MemberHi Carl
Can you tell me how you created these events? Did you manually create them, or did you import them as a CSV?
Also, during what versions/updates did you notice this began occurring?
Thanks
