MemberThanks for taking your time to report this Adam.
Unfortunately, this is an issue we are already aware of and the team will address it in a future maintenance release of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report so we can let you know as soon as a bugfix is released.
In the meantime, we have a workaround that will force the currency symbol to always be before the price. You should place the following code snippet into your theme’s functions.php file or use the My Custom Functions plugin:
add_filter( 'tribe_reverse_currency_position', function(){ return null; } );Let us know if the snippet works for you.
I apologise for the inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience.
Thanks

MemberHi David
Unfortuantely the only way to get this bug fixed is to use The Events Calendar 4.5.12.3 or higher. Even downgrading WordPress core wouldn’t resolve this, as the security fix was applied retroactively to many versions back of WordPress itself. As such, the conflict will happen with all previous versions of The Events Calendar up to 4.5.12.3 or newer.
The best way to test this would be to clone your site to a private sub-directory or even better, to use a staging server for this. Please keep us updated on your progress.
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi David
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here! Critical security updates pushed to WordPress 4.8.2 and several previous versions on Tuesday introduced a significant issue with The Events Calendar. This bug resulted in some users seeing an empty calendar when attempting to view events in the default Month View. We shipped an urgent hotfix within hours of WordPress 4.8.2 to address this issue, and a subsequent maintenance release on the 21st includes several more important updates and bug fixes for our plugins. Would you please take a moment to update your install of The Events Calendar to the latest version? Let us know if this helps to resolve your issue! ?

MemberHi Matthew
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ Take a quick look at the very bottom of the page. I believe your quotes may be autocorrecting to the pretty style, and thus not actually loading the shortcode. Also, we would expect only one shortcode call to work on a single page.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks

MemberHi Richard
I deleted the license from your post as this is a public forum. Oops.
I do not see Events Calendar Pro on your account, only Event Tickets Plus. Is that the license you were looking for?
You can find it at My Account ยป Licenses https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/. Please let me know if that works.
Thanks

MemberHi Essa
I have not been able to reproduce this issue. Are you able to go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ on a staging server?
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Bryson
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

MemberHey John
I checked into that site and it does not appear to be running WordPress. To work with the “Other URL” feature, the site would need to be running The Events Calendar v. 4.5 or newer, which is limited to WordPress.
Unfortunately, there is no way to make this work with the Other URL feature at this time.
Thanks

We recommend doing these tests on a staging server if possible, or at least on a private subdirectory on your host.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
