I just renewed my Events Pro license, but when I enter the key it is not confirming the renewal; reports that it is expired. Here is my key: [redacted]
Here is my order: Order #1355751 was placed on September 27, 2017 and is currently Completed. This was for renewal of both Tickets Plus and Events Pro. Paid $135 each less discount. New key for Tickets works fine. Please send me a new Events Plus key by email.
