MemberHello Adela
I am guessing you may not have activated the Events Calendar Pro license. Did you download the plugin, upload, and activate it on your site? You can get those again at My Account Β» Downloadss and My Account Β» Licenses.
Can you send in your System Info? This will help us better diagnose what may be happening on your site.
Thanks

MemberHello Syahmi
Can you check your settings at:
Events Β» Settings Β» Display Β» Events template Β» Default Page Template (or test any of these options really).
Let me know if that solves the sidebar issue.
Thanks

MemberHi Alain
We’re back after the holiday break. Let’s see if we can get this resolved.
I’ll ping our developers for additional support. In the meantime, can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey there Christina
1) Can you please tell me how to edit a List view to look something like this?: http://arendalkulturhus.no/events/kategori/arrangement/
As you can see, the list is broader, the images aligned to the left with text overlay and such.
Does this require one of your products other than Events Calendar Pro?It looks like this site is using the Avada theme. This theme is known to customize the layout of our plugins. This is how this site achieved the look.
2) How can I create a minimalistic view in the Event Calendar Widget like this: http://kampanje.com/
See attachment for screenshot of what I am referring to on the page.
As you can see, it just shows the date to the left and name and place on the right. The closest that our plugin will come to that look without any customization work is in our photo view, available with Events Calendar Pro. An example on our demo site: https://wpshindig.com/events/photo/
3) I am considering of buying the Event aggregator and the Event filter bar.
Do you have a bundle price for one site using Events Calendar Pro, Aggregator and Event Filter bar?Yes! We have this bundle: https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/bundle-importer/
4) I would like to extract events from this page with Aggregator: https://ntf.tournamentsoftware.com/
Does Aggregator import directly from this page?
If not, what sort of file should I ask the creator of the page for, in order to download the events and import through Aggregator? .csv, .xl …?Event Aggregator can import from Google, iCal/.ics, social networking sites, .csv, and sites also using The Events Calendar. .CSV files could work, but are a manual upload only (and does not require an Event Aggregator license – it’s free in The Events Calendar). It doesn’t look like EA could handle events from this site without requesting a .ics file.
5) How does Aggreggator extract from Facebook Events? Can I automate it to extract events from any public Facebook page?
Yes! Any public Facebook page events can be scheduled to import based upon your timeframe, such as a daily scan for new events. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/ can clarify how the EA limits work.
5) Do you have 30 days refund for Aggreggator if I donΒ΄t succeed at nr. 4?
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/. s
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

.tribe-mini-calendar-list-wrapper .tribe-event-featured, .tribe-events-adv-list-widget .tribe-event-featured , .tribe-event-featured .tribe-mini-calendar-event { background-color: pink !important }Just change “pink” to the color you’d prefer.

MemberHi there
I looked at your site and noticed the right border seemed to be hidden. Would you like to include that as well? If so, can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance Β» Customize Β» Additional CSS?
table.tribe-events-calendar { border-collapse: separate !important; } #main-content{ overflow: visible!important; z-index: 1000 !important; }If you just wanted the tool-tip fixed:
#main-content{ overflow: visible!important; z-index: 1000 !important; }Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

What happens when you put the license key on your site at Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses Β» Event Aggregator? Does the Other URL option work for you then?

MemberHi Storm
What were your results when you tested with a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/? Please share a screenshot of that with us.
We have tested this locally and have no other reports from clients with a similar issue at this time. This is what leads me to believe the issue is isolated to your website’s configuration, as you also indicated that it seems to be a conflict with your theme. If your theme does not adhere to responsive resolution guidelines, there is little we can do to resolve this.
Thanks

MemberBonjour Alain
I think I see the conflict. One of these entries should be singular while the other should be plural. Also, please test avoiding the term you are replacing “event/events” with as a word in any of the titles of your events. This could create a permalink conflict potentially. If that happens, head over to Settings Β» Permalinks and save (after renaming your event title). This will flush the permalink cache.
Let me know if that resolves these issues.
Thanks
