I created 2 sites http://ysr.ahy.mybluehost.me and http://ysr.ahy.mybluehost.me/onlinestore and I bought Events Calendar Pro & Events Tickets Pro and installed them on http://ysr.ahy.mybluehost.me. Being new to wordpress I deleted http://ysr.ahy.mybluehost.me/online not realizing that it would delete every site I had.

So I never had chance to deactivate Events Calendar Pro & Events Tickets Pro and set them up on the new site. When I contacted wordpress they said that they would reinstall my backup, but that never happened. So I have two plugins that I paid for and can’t use.

Can you help? I need them to be installed on my new site.

    Hi Susan

Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key? I think this should get things working again for you.

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

Sadly No, because the site I originally created was deleted. And this is what message I have:

You are using The Events Calendar PRO but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.

I bought Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets and I have the same problem with both.

    Hi there Susan

TheEventsCalendar.com and go to My Account » License Keys.

You should see a Disconnect now link to the right of each populated URL field. Click the Disconnect now link for the site that you are no longer using (and from which you removed the license key in step one).

A pop-up should appear asking you to confirm this choice—once clicked, the page should refresh, and the license will be disconnected from the selected site.

Please let me know if this allows you to disconnect the old site before activating on the new site.

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂
