MemberHi Shanty
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key? I believe that should resolve the issues.
Thanks

MemberHi Linda
I’m sorry but I don’t think I can help you. Our organization does not run courses. We create tools to help businesses sell tickets on their own websites. We do not actually sell tickets to events ourselves. I do hope you are able to find the support you need.
Thanks

MemberHi there Carolyn
That really sounds like a useful feature. At this time, we don’t have a way to customize like that. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Joni
I’ve swapped products in your account. You can get your license by going to My Account ยป Licenses.

MemberHi Glen
You can use the shortcodes to filter and display events within certain categories, such as by “stage 1”. Review the articles about the shortcodes to see if it fits your needs:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/You can apply for our non-profit discountย by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
โ ๏ธPlease Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.

MemberHi there Susan
TheEventsCalendar.com and go to My Account ยป License Keys.
You should see aย Disconnect nowย link to the right of each populated URL field. Click theย Disconnect nowย link for the site that you are no longer using (and from which you removed the license key in step one).
A pop-up should appear asking you to confirm this choiceโonce clicked, the page should refresh, and the license will be disconnected from the selected site.
Please let me know if this allows you to disconnect the old site before activating on the new site.
Thanks

MemberHi Glen
The license applies to the number of domains that our plugin is activated on. If you are using the plugin on just 1 site, then the personal license is sufficient. Our plugin will only create 1 default /events page. We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes that you can use to put the calendar on other posts/pages and widget areas.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there Jingeun
We’ve created a tutorial to help you customize that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/altering-or-removing-titles-on-calendar-views/
Can you try that and let me know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Rico
It really helps us to diagnose what might be happening on your site if we have your System Info. Can you please send that in?
Did you add your license ( My Account ยป Licenses ) to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses ยป Event Aggregator?
Please let me know if that resolves the issue.
Thanks
Courtney ๐Courtney
MemberHi Alan
It’s super helpful to send in your System Info with support requests so we can more quickly diagnose what might be happening on your site.
Without seeing your configuration, I’d venture to guess that you might not have The Events Calendar installed. It is our free plugin that allows for creating “Events” – which are WordPress custom post types.
Can you let me know if that’s the issue?
Thanks

MemberHi William
Would you like me to switch which plugin you have a license for (move you from Events Calendar Pro to Event Tickets Plus)?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
