MemberHi there Hillery
I’ve checked in with our developers a bit further on this.
The best way to get “Shenley” to display in the search is by including it in your event descriptions.
The event keyword search is limited to event titles and descriptions by default, if the keyword relates to a venue or organizer title or description, users won’t get anything back unless that same keyword is also referenced in the titles/descriptions of the matching events.
Can you update a few of your events in their descriptions and let me know how it goes?
Thanks

MemberHi Christoph
Yesterday we released a hotfix update that should resolve this issue for you. Can you check your site for updates and see if this fixes the date order?
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Heid
I just checked in with our developers and found another possible snippet.
Can you try this one?

Let me know if this works.
Thanks

MemberHi Storm
The best route to resolve this is to reach out to the theme developer. We do check our plugin against the default WordPress themes and keep it in check with some of the most common themes as well. We aren’t seeing a widespread issue like you are experiencing. I hope your theme developers are able to help get this resolved.
Ultimately, I think this may have to do with if your site is configured to be mobile responsive. Our plugin will collapse the view from the shortcode better on mobile than what you are experiencing.
Thanks

MemberHello Vanina
When you have Event Tickets installed, it auto-hides this price field.
I do have a solution for you:
Add this snippet to either your child themeโs functions.php file or use the My Custom Functions plugin.ย
add_filter( 'tribe_events_admin_show_cost_field', '__return_true' );
Please let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Gesine
Head toย Events ยป Settings ยป Import ยป Import Limit Type ยป Do Not Limit. That should allow you to import up to 12mo.
The negative impact is that if you are setting your website to continually retrieve an unlimited amount of events, your server will continue processing this endlessly, which can slow down overall load times and other performance issues. I’d suggest doing an initial setup of an unlimited time, then dropping down to the 3mo range for normal everyday use.
Does that make sense?
Thanks

MemberHello Alessandro
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย
We recommend conducting these tests on a <a href=”https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/ title=โStaging Serverโ>staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks
