I did purchase the Pro Version and I added new categories to the events.
But I can’t filter the events – the filter does not show up – instead there’s the standard filter – see screenshot.December 15, 2017 at 1:41 am #1406242rookiemucParticipant“Filters” even don’t show up in the settings menue
December 15, 2017 at 3:09 pm #1406828CourtneyMemberHi Ullrich
I’m sorry for the mix up. I believe the features you are looking for are part of Filter Bar, not Events Calendar Pro.
You can view Filter Bar in action on the 2nd row at http://wpshindig.com/events.
Would you like to switch from Events Calendar Pro to Filter Bar instead?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂December 15, 2017 at 8:45 pm #1406973rookiemucParticipantHi Courtney,
thank you so much for your immediate response!
When I did chose “Filter Bar”, I was redirected to the Pro version – so I thought that the Pro version would comprise the filter bar.Anyhow, I still need the features of the Pro version – see screenshot: I appreciate very much the map view of my events.
What can I do? I would not return the Pro version – I suppose that in the Filter Bar there is no such map feature!?
What does the Filter Bar plugin cost?
In any case I need a valid link – as mentioned before, I was redirected to the Pro version when I did look for the Filter Bar.Best regards,

Filter Bar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar/ is it’s own plugin. The personal license for it is $89 USD. The features of it are different than those of Events Calendar Pro. You can opt to use both plugins if you’d like.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

If so, I would deinstall the Pro version.Best regards,

We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
We can still switch you to Filter Bar if you’d prefer. Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.
Thanks
