MemberHi Luca
Community Events does allow for image uploads to use in events. Howeverm, we do not have a way to upload other file types at this time.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Our resource: Find A Customizer may help you find someone that can provide that functionality.
A quick scan in our forums indicates that we have several people that have used Advanced Custom Fields to achieve this. See https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/adding-a-file-upload-field-to-the-community-event-submission-form/#post-1252756.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there Roger
So sorry for the confusion. The “Other URL” import is limited at this time to sites that are also using The Events Calendar 4.5 or newer on the site. We hope to expand it into other areas. It doesn’t import .xml files.
What is the source that you are importing and what is the end destination displayed? I want to be sure I’m following both steps in the process.
We may still have another way to get that import to happen. Event Aggregator accepts .ics files. Is there a chance you can get an .ics file to use instead? (this will continue to gather updates as events are added to the source).
Thanks

MemberThanks for confirming that Syahmi
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/remove-sidebar/#post-1217054 may have a helpful snippet to use to remove that sidebar. Can you give that a try?
Thanks

MemberHi Gregory
That looks like it’s found in Events ยป Settings ยป General. Can you also try going to the WordPress Settings ยป General panel? Settings should be visible on the far left near the bottom of the screen.
Let me know if you find this.
Thanks

MemberHi Robert
Yes, we do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
This covers the cost of premium support forum responses as well as plugin updates. At the end of that year, you will be billed automatically for a renewal (though you can disable that if you chose to). If you opt to not renew, you can keep using the plugins without further updates or access to support.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jacob
Can you share the link to the Google Calendar that you are importing from?
Thanks

LaToya has processed this. I’ll close out this thread for now. Thanks!

MemberHi Gregory
Can you send me a screenshot of you site settings at Settings ยป General? Week starts on should appear just before the save changes button. This setting is a function of WordPress more than it is from our plugin.
Thanks

MemberHi Robert
We don’t have one live on the demo site. I did embed a calendar view shortcode [tribe_events view=”list” category=”many-many-events”] on my site.
You can see it displays like the list view, as that is my site default, in a normal “Post”. It looks exactly like the normal list view from the main /events page, but just displays the events within this category.

Does that help?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

I’m sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. Is there anything further I could do to help you get this working?

MemberHi Robert
- Yes – if you take a look at our demo site on a single event you can see the link for its categories: https://wpshindig.com/event/womens-javascript-study-group/2018-01-17/ Clicking on the category will take you to whatever you’ve set as your default view to display just events in that category: https://wpshindig.com/events/category/learning/.

We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes. You can view these articles that I’ve linked to for category filter (whether as a widget or a full-size shortcode).
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Paul
At this time we do not have official plans in the works. I would guess that may be a limitation on the data Facebook allows us to process.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
