Signed up on 12/22, but would like to cancel and get a refund

    I am not all that technical and can’t seem to get this to work. I would like to cancel it. How can I do this?

    I’m sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. Is there anything further I could do to help you get this working?

    We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
