MemberHi Russel
When you go to My Account Β» Licenses https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, you will see a way to upgrade your license.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jan
Event Aggregator sounds like the right product for you.
Events Calendar Pro would be useful if you wanted to use shortcodes or create recurring events. Otherwise, it isn’t necessary for the import functionality that you are seeking.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

It looks like these are in fact related issues. Let’s consolidate this thread to the link you’ve shared. I will notify the team on that thread of this thread as well.
Thanks

MemberHey Tara
Before we sort out a snippet, I want to be sure we are understanding your goal on the menu. Is it that that menu item should only ever be selected if the user is on /events/ and nothing else (but what if Filter Bar is active and various filters have been applied)?
And you want intro text only if that filter category link is applied?
Thanks

MemberHi thereΒ Askan
Thank you for bearing with me as I try to get this sorted out. I am filing this as a bug report and asking our Event Aggregator developers to review this. I’ll update you as soon as possible.
Thanks
Courtney πCourtney
MemberI’ll check in with a few team members to see if we have a solution for which menu item is active.
#3 I do see the ages in list view now.
#4 Yes, a custom template would be needed. I’m asking around to see if we have any examples already started.
Month sorting – also looking to see if anyone has customized this.
Just remember when you move this live to change that custom link to the live domain custom link.
I’ll keep you posted on what I find.
Thanks

MemberHey Lucas
It looks like your footer area has a css position: fixed defined. This will continue hiding the page content. Can you modify that?
We are seeing:
#grve-footer.grve-fixed-footer { position: fixed;Thanks

MemberHey Lucas
I’m checking in to this issue further on our end. In the meantime, can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/). If you are unable to do so, please install <a href=”https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/β title=βHealth Check Pluginβ>the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
I do see an issue as well with a Javascript eror. See Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Karen
We looked at your Javascript errors on your site. See: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors
We found:
- on photo view, the theme is trying to load wp-content/themes/omega/js/ticket_row.js (but this doesn’t exist – note ticket _row_ singular)
- it is successfully loading wp-content/themes/omega/js/ticket_rows.js (not – ticket _rows_ plural) but there is a syntax error of sorts – z is not defined and looking at the source, it looks like a typo/someone might have hand-edited it and made a mistake
- in wp-content/themes/omega/assets/js/theme.js they have masonry code (our photo view is a masonry-like layout, too) but it triggers a type error $elems is undefined and probably needs to be refined somewhat
We’d suggest reaching out to your theme developer about these issues to see what suggestions they can offer.
Thanks

MemberThat makes sense Carrie. Events Calendar Pro will definitely be helpful for recurring events.
You should hear back from us within a day regarding processing your refund.

MemberHi Peter
Yes, it does π You can test it out by installing our free plugin, The Events Calendar, to your site now. You can also take a look at our demo site with all our plugins activated at http://wpshindig.com/events.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there Ralph
We actually offer a simple way to achieve this. Any site running The Events Calendar 4.5 or newer can be imported into another using our service: Event Aggregator.
Event Aggregator has an import option labeled “Other URL”. This is a way to import just other WordPress powered websites using The Events Calendar. No RSS needed, just paste in the web domain and you’re all set.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Betty
I’m so sorry we weren’t the right solution. I did review your account to see if we missed supporting you in some manner, but don’t see any previous support requests. Is there anything I can assist you with to make this work?
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/. s
Thanks

MemberHey Dee
I see you are using WooCommerce to handle your payment processing. To provide coupons (or vouchers) for your courses, check out Woo’s guide for creating these: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
