I’m trying to login so I can purchase pro, but I have forgotten my password. I have tried to request a password reset three times, but still no email. Can you help?
I do see your account in our system. Please visit https://theeventscalendar.com/wp-login.php and use the same email that you’ve submitted this form with. At the bottom, select the “Forgot Your Password”. For security purposes (and because we’re on a public forum), I cannot provide you with your password. You will need to hit that reset link.
Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com including a link to this thread. From there, we can help you get logged in again. Also, please whitelist our email address on your system. It seems that our messages are being sent but bouncing back.
