    I have event calendar pro. Can I upgrade for multiple sites or do I need to buy another new license?

    I have purchased a new one in error as I had wanted an upgrade.

    Can you please refund immediately and I will upgrade the existing license.

    I have now upgraded but the second site says I am out of installs! I have only installed don one site so far and should be able to now install on 3!

    Hi Russel

    When you go to My Account ยป Licenses https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, do you see your sites in the correct licenses?

    How soon after upgrading did you try to apply the new license? It can take up to 4 hours for the licenses to apply.
