MemberHi Harry
Your browser might be unzipping the file. Can you try again by going to My Account » Downloads and downloading the files?
If needed try a different browser.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks

Check out our Imports Limit explanation at :https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/
What do you see when you go to Events » Help » Event Aggregator System Status?
Thanks

MemberHi Shanda
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/?
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin. You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/. If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jamie
Yes, that will be possible with our plugin. A word of caution, when themes integrate with ours, they often add additional design elements that exceed our plugin defaults. This can be a great thing, but it is good for customers to know who to go to for support for some elements. You can see our weekly view at https://wpshindig.com/events/week/. This is how we would expect the calendar to display. It looks like your theme has events categorized by color, which looks fun!
Our single event listings are a bit different than you might be looking for: https://wpshindig.com/events/
When you are ready, here is our tutorial on recurring events: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
And additional fields: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-additional-fields/

MemberHi Askan
Can you go to Events ‣ Settings ‣ APIs
You should see a Connect to Facebook button (or if you were already connected it will show as Refresh your connection to Facebook
You should hit that and run through those steps.
Let me know if this works.
Thanks

MemberHi Russel
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/ would be a great starting point for your setup.
You do not need Events Calendar Pro.
However, you will need to install Event Tickets for Event Tickets Plus to work.
You will also need to set up an e-commerce plugin to handle the merchant processing.
We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.

MemberHi Lindsay
When you install The Events Calendar, a page is automatically created called “Events”. It will not appear under “Pages” but if you navigate to yoursite.com/events, it should be there. You can modify that address at Events » Settings » General » Events URL slug.

MemberHi Thorsten
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/ is a great plugin to export event data as a .csv file (for Excel or other spreadsheets). Can you give that a try and see if it works for you?

MemberHi Richard
Sorry for the confusion. You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Filter Bar and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Filter Bar plugin then upload and install it on your site (wp-admin » Plugins » Add New » Upload).
Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks
