MemberHi Lucas
I did see the calendar longer but it ultimately still was hidden behind the footer. I’d still suggest adjusting the position on the footer if possible.

Our developers are working on our own fix for this as well, but have noted your method too.

MemberHi Justin
On the right side of your event editor should be a featured image spot, just the same as in your “Posts” layout. If you aren’t seeing it, please see our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย
That said, I’d still suggest using Yoast to set the images you want for social media previews, as each platform has its own preferred dimensions.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Stefhan
You can still use and install the plugin. Just install the pro version to the new site without the license.ย You will need to manually run updates and the license will not register (and later move it Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.ย If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Kris
With Events Calendar Pro, you can create recurring events. We’ve got a tutorial on that at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/.
Just a heads up: if you modify the details of one event, the “see all in series” won’t include it in the list. See our demo site with a single event in a recurring series: https://wpshindig.com/event/st-louis-wordpress-developers-meetup/2018-02-21/ At the top, you can select the “See all” option to review all events within a recurring series.
You can apply for our non-profit discountย by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
โ ๏ธPlease Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.

MemberHi Grace
- I’d suggest starting with The Events Calendar, which is free. Events Calendar Pro just adds some additional functionality to that. Install The Events Calendar to your site and check out the features. We’ve got a guide at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-the-events-calendar-and-events-calendar-pro/.

At this time, we do not have a way to allow users to pay to submit events. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/32689603-you-should-add-pay-to-submit-event
.- Community Events is our way for front-end visitors to submit events. However, this is tied back to #2. We don’t have an easy way to determine if users are paid or not. However, you can allow users that are logged in to submit events.

MemberIn Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.ย
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.ย You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.ย If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.

MemberHi Russel
When you go to My Account ยป Licenses https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, do you see your sites in the correct licenses?
How soon after upgrading did you try to apply the new license? It can take up to 4 hours for the licenses to apply.
Thanks

MemberHi Charlie
You can customize our default events template using our Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/. If you have selected the Default Events Template, the plugin will use the /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/default-template.php template file for the display. You can override and edit this by making a copy and placing in a /tribe-events folder in your theme.

MemberHey Justin
The only requirement for Event Tickets Plus is that you first install Event Tickets.
This will allow you to put tickets on posts or pages. If you would like to put tickets on a custom post type called an event, then also use The Events Calendar. Events Calendar Pro is not required.
