MemberHey Ron
Without your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/, I can’t tell for sure, but I think you might be using Yoast’s WordPress SEO plugin. Is that correct?
If so, head to SEO Β» Search Appearance Β» Events Β» Title template to alter this.
Thanks

MemberHi Wei
Would using this link https://yorkshirebakingclub.com/calendar/category/baking-courses/ work instead?
Without knowing your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/, I am unable to determine what theme you are using. However, it looks to me that they have integrated with our plugin in their own way. The link that you provided is not one that we impact much of the code or how it is displayed. The link that I provided is the full list of events within that category, and I believe displays all events within the series, not just the first event. Users can toggle that themselves in the little checkbox above or to see if Events Β» Settings Β» General Β» Recurring event instances is unchecked.
Thanks

MemberHey James
We actually are limited to using the email account on file with the account that you’ve used to post to the forums.
Please know, we take each request seriously. We often check in with other team members for additional tests and suggestions. I have had a few others look in to this case.
That said, I now can reproduce the issue and have submitted it as a bug report. You will be notified here when we address the issue.
Until then, my best advice for a workaround is to remove the mobile view being defaulted to list mode.
We will keep you posted on the bug progress.
Thanks

MemberHi Thierry
When I visit http://www.ticketsdom.com/events/, the Filter Bar is expanded as expected. Are you still experiencing this?
Can you tell me what browser you are using?
Thanks
Courtney πCourtney
MemberHey Marcie
I believe that your browser is causing the file to auto-unzip. Here’s how to stop the unzip: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3736146.
Then you can upload the zipped file to your site in Plugins Β» Add Plugin Β» Upload.
Please let me know if it works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi there Whit
Event Tickets Plus requires that you use an e-commerce plugin to process payments. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
Either of these systems would allow you to create a coupon/discount code that users can enter during checkout.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there
yes, only ticket emails will be sent. You can test out what you would recieve as a buyer from our demo site:

MemberHey Marcella
When you go to Events Β» Settings Β» Display Β» Default mobile view, what do you have that set to?
Thanks

MemberHey Steve
Do you have any browser extensions/add-ons running, even in private/incognito mode? I’ve had several people on our team all on different systems test this out without beign able to reproduce. We’ve tested in Firefox on Mac and Windows as well.
I’m so sorry we aren’t able to get this narrowed down yet. Thank you for pushing through with me on it.
Thanks

MemberHi Christian
We do not have direct integration with Gravity Forms. However, you might be able to find some help to achieve your goal with our recommendations at Find A Customizer or by coding it yourself using our Themer’s Guide.
You can still place your forms within our single events much the same as you would place them within a post/page.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Rod
Can you try just manually typing in the time? It should allow for the exact 15-minute increments that way.
Thanks
