MemberHi Victoria
Here’s some info on translating our plugins
Our free plugins: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/translating-the-events-calendar/
Our premium plugins: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-or-updating-a-translation/
And if you would prefer to fix something without working with code, we recommend using https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/ to make minor changes.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there Bu
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/. These require Events Calendar Pro, and will not work with the free version.
We have a few other shortcodes for things such as single events https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberIt’d be a case of showing RSVP and possibly purchasing tickets on the same event. You can test this functionality out within our free Event Tickets plugin. It has Paypal integration built in, no swiper needed for online purchases. Those using RSVP to pay at the door would need to be manually processed and checked in.
I’m not sure if that is really the solution you were hoping for though.
Thanks

MemberHey Carmen
Can you head to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/ and view your Recent Orders? From there, you can select print this invoice or save as a PDF.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHey there
I’d suggest using Zapier to set up something like if a ticket is purchased, add ticketholder to your drip sequence. You’ll want to refer to Zapier for precise ways to configure this. Create a new zap, use WordPress, and use the “any webhook” functionality to get started with this.
Thanks

MemberHi Richard
There is a chance that the old versions may have a bug in them or are conflicting with other plugins or your theme.
You could try going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).ย
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, visit My Account ยป Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads to try downloading the plugin again and freshly installing it.
Thanks

MemberHi Andre
At this time, we do not have that functionality. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can vote on it at https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/13101369-past-events-widget.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
