    Hello, my name is Carmen and I work at Pixartprinting SPA.
    we have just bought the pro version of the event calendar.
    Please, I would need the invoice but I don’t know how I can download it from your system.

    So sorry about that. You should have received an email about that. Can you head to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/ and view your Recent Orders? From there, you can select print this invoice or save as a PDF.

    Thank you for your answer. I have just written this email:

    My name is Carmen and yesterday we have bought the event calendar PRO.
    Please, I would need to make a change in our invoice information:

    The first name of the company is PIXARTPRINTING and the last name is S.P.A, not “PEREZ”.
    Please, could you cancel “PEREZ” in the invoice and send it me again?
