Hi We are a non profit charity organization and would like to find out if you have any special pricing for events calendar pro for 3 website license? Also i’d like to make sure we will be able to have our member subscribe to your calendar and it has a plugin for an upcoming events box we could put on our members landing page? if you do and we need any other add-on plugin, can you advise exactly what we need to buy? Really think your product is great and will be our solution for this website. We are novices. Any help is appreciated.
    Thank you

    Hi Ron

You can apply for our non-profit discount by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.

⚠️Please Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support.
    If you need in-depth support,
please consider purchasing a regular license.

You can try out The Events Calendar for free and see if the single event pages could work as landing pages.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

    Still 3 questions? Sorry I’m a novice so I apologize upfront…..
First does your plugin have the ability to have an “upcoming events” type of widget or list that we can put on our members page?
Second, does the calendar have the ability for one of our members to subscribe to it, maybe via rss feed? so that she can have the calendar on her phone along with her other calendars?
Last, if it does have the subscription ability, can we program it somehow to send out reminders via text or emails however we determine to send out a message?
These are features that my organization is asking me for and hope I can do it with this plugin.
    thank you.

    Hi Mary

Yes, the free version of The Events Calendar has an upcoming events widget that you can test out now. Events Calendar Pro adds some additional features to this widget.

Users can subscribe to the calendar in several ways. First, take a look at the bottom of our demo site events page: WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. It does offer a subscribe option that works with most calendar applications. If the end user prefers rss, our default link for RSS looks like this: http://wpshindig.com/events/rss

If you would like to automate emails, I’d suggest using the RSS import within email newsletter systems, such as Mailchimp. https://kb.mailchimp.com/campaigns/blog-posts-in-campaigns/share-your-blog-posts-with-mailchimp

You might get more fancy with the emailing using something like Zapier to automate additional elements. https://theeventscalendar.com/automating-event-promotion-zapier/

Natively, we do not offer email or text notifications, but you could use tools like Zapier, Mailchimp, or other systems with data from your site to achieve this.

Happy to help answer these questions 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
