MemberHi Jeff
You should have received an email about that. Can you head to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/ and view your Recent Orders? From there, you can select print this invoice or save as a PDF.
You can find more information at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/order-invoices/
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

I’m not sure I understand your question. Can you clarify for me?

MemberHi Stuart
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/ might be helpful to review. Basically a scheduled import is how many times per day/week/month you schedule your site to look for imports from a source, not the number of events it imports. Does that help?
A 100 import license is per day, yes.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there
Can your theme slider pull information from custom post types? If so, install The Events Calendar and see if you can select the “Events” post type.

MemberHi Josep
On our demo site, you can see the “previous events” link. This can take users back to see previous events: https://wpshindig.com/events/list/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past. You could use this to create a specific link to see previous events. Additionally, you can customize the events to be in chronological order using https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/show-past-events-in-chronological-order/.
At this time, we do not have a widget that can accomplish this. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can vote it up at https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/13101369-past-events-widget.
We do however provide solutions such as theΒ [tribe_events] shortcode https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/Β which accepts a date attribute β letting you force it to display events from the past.
If you’d like to carry this further, please see our Themer’s Guide.

I’m not sure I understand your question. Can you help clarify?
Thanks

MemberHi Ashish
You won’t need permission or admin privileges to import from Facebook or Meetup. https://sangeetnama.com/ looks to be a different events calendar plugin. However, I do see that they provide a .ics file. You can upload this as well to import events into Event Aggregator.
Event Aggregator does import event images.
At this time, we do not have a demo our plugin. Do you have a demo, examples I can see, or trial licenses? We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/. s

MemberHey there
I’ve marked this thread as entirely private. Can you copy/paste your license code here? I can look up the login information that way.
Thanks

MemberHi Mary
Yes, the free version of The Events Calendar has an upcoming events widget that you can test out now. Events Calendar Pro adds some additional features to this widget.
Users can subscribe to the calendar in several ways. First, take a look at the bottom of our demo site events page: WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. It does offer a subscribe option that works with most calendar applications. If the end user prefers rss, our default link for RSS looks like this: http://wpshindig.com/events/rss
If you would like to automate emails, I’d suggest using the RSS import within email newsletter systems, such as Mailchimp. https://kb.mailchimp.com/campaigns/blog-posts-in-campaigns/share-your-blog-posts-with-mailchimp
You might get more fancy with the emailing using something like Zapier to automate additional elements. https://theeventscalendar.com/automating-event-promotion-zapier/
Natively, we do not offer email or text notifications, but you could use tools like Zapier, Mailchimp, or other systems with data from your site to achieve this.
Happy to help answer these questions π

MemberHey Steve
I had an additional 4 people around the globe test for me, all unable to reproduce. This is a tricky one!
Can you check for any console and/or Javascript errors? Please look for this both on the front of your site as well as in the WordPress dashboard. Here’s a quick overview on how to look for that: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors. There may be a plugin conflict happening while you are logged in specifically. The error message might point us to the conflict. We are suspecting a conflict happens only while logged in.
The only error I’m seeing from the front of your site is that you don’t have a Google Maps API key installed. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
When you’ve tested, have you been logged out? You might need to go back through plugins conflicts testing – all other plugins except ours disabled, using a default theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and logged out.
Also, clearing your browser cache and using incognito/private mode while logged out.
Were your tests within the same internet connection?
Can’t wait to get to the root of this with you. If nothing else, it’s fascinating to figure out where this conflict is happening.
Thanks

MemberHi Nobuko
I’ve checked in to this further. At the time, this login prompt is a feature of our new Tribe Commerce plugin. I’m not sure if it could possibly be a bug, but we are working out those details internally.
Until we sort it out, here’s a solution:
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance Β» Customize Β» Additional CSS?
.tpp-add { display:none }Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Jim
The non-WP calendar, Loxi, will have a subscription model, much the way Events Calendar Pro does. However, the demo will be free, and we will definitely have a refunds option as well if you are not totally satisfied. Please do sign up to get notified about the release. I do believe you’ll see an announcement within a few days.
Thanks
