MemberMichael, that one sounds like it’s for rating WooCommerce vendors, which isn’t a default part of WooCommerce and therefore I don’t think it would apply to our events. Again, I am guessing any generic rating plugin (that works with custom post types) should work fine for your needs with our plugins if you’re wanting to rate Events, Organizers, or Venues.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberI figured out why it wasn’t appearing on your event’s wp-admin ticket editing metabox.
The ticket (WooCommerce Product post) was in “Private” status, not “Public”.
Go to /wp-admin/post.php?post=3162&action=edit and change it from Private to Public and it’ll then appear on your event edit screen’s tickets metabox.
This is because of get_tickets_query_args() in this file: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/Tickets.php
You can go to /wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=private&post_type=product to find all your “Private” WooCommerce Products. Assuming they’re all Tickets, you’d need to change them all to “Public” status.
By default, our WooCommerce Tickets are not visible in the WooCommerce “Shop”. Please explain why you changed Ticket Products to Private status.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Brian.
While we don’t provide support for such third-party plugins, this article might prove insightful: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/integrating-events-calendar-slider-revolution-essential-grid/
Maybe it’s looking at post date instead of the custom fields we use for Event Start and Event End dates.
Please let me know what you find out.

MemberYou’ve got it!
I agree the multisite auto-update issue for your situation is a doozie… but, to be honest, I’m not 100% sure if it’s on purpose (business decision) or considered a bug that’s just been outstanding for months or longer. So, while I’m sympathetic to your situation, I wanted to be up-front with you about how it’d work once implemented for your client.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberThe lowest-level license allows for 100 import sources per day. So really it’s 1 in your case. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/ has the nitty-gritty.
Some people do use it just for a one-time conversion import. You could buy it, try it, if you don’t need it, use our refund policy. Or maybe you keep it around for a year and don’t renew, in case you find other sources to import from, such as Facebook, Google Calendar, another site’s iCal Feed, etc.
We do not have a bundle for PRO + CE + EA. Sometimes we offer a small discount when purchasing 3+ or 4+ products, but it would be on a case-by-case basis and any initial purchase discounts (including pre-built Bundles) do not continue to renewal pricing.

MemberWe have https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/elegant-themes-divi-theme-compatibility/ but I don’t think it would apply here.
I’ve looked through some other internal notes about Divi and don’t see mention of what you’re experiencing. This happens when you have only our plugins and Divi theme active — no other plugins active?
Would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here?
Cliff
MemberYou do NOT change Line 750… you should never modify our plugins’ core files because then you’d lose your customization every time you update our plugins.
You should follow along the last bullet point (either of the 2 options there).
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberI see you have Community Events (CE).
Please go to wp-admin > Events > Settings > Community tab > “Access Control” section and set that up how you want it to work.
See https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/community-events-settings/ for additional information.
Does this solve your issue?
