MemberHi, Michael.
Our plugins don’t have any membership-type functionality, except for Community Events, which can limit access to wp-admin based on user level.
Our plugin creates one master calendar, but you can create the appearance of multiple calendars by using Event Categories.
Examples:
- main/master calendar where all the site’s events appear: http://wpshindig.com/events/
- WP Meetups category calendar: http://wpshindig.com/events/category/wp-meetups/
- Learning category calendar: http://wpshindig.com/events/category/learning/
There are additional methods and documentation at our Can You Have Multiple Calendars? KB article.
Note that this functionality is available in the free/core version of The Events Calendar. You would only need to buy one of our add-ons if you wanted those extra features (e.g. Map View from Events Calendar PRO).
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberGotcha. Please share your System Information in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
Please also send a screenshot of the error message to illustrate where it’s appearing. And send a screenshot of wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses tab to see if Event Tickets Plus license key field is displaying there.

MemberGood job 🙂
Looks like it’s working to me. Do you need any more help with this?

MemberHi, Cynthia.
PRO version 4.4.24 tweaked how venues get processed for geolocation lookups.
There are multiple ways in which a venue wouldn’t be identified as needing geolocation lookup to Google Maps:
- Has neither an Address nor City nor Zip
- Already has the _VenueGeoDateUTC custom field set, meaning it’s been ran through PRO 4.4.24’s geolocation lookup
If you have gone over your Google Maps API quota any lookup attempts will be unsuccessful and you won’t “resolve” those 5.
You could do this to find the 5 that are being detected as missing geocoding information but do not yet have it: https://cl.ly/2m2c3O2s3J0B
Please let me know what you find out after looking into this further.

MemberSorry for the trouble, Sally.
Would both of you please provide the requested screenshot of a count of your Venues?
Cliff
MemberThanks, Mathew.
Yes, this has developed quickly. Thanks for sharing your findings.
Would you please provide me the requested screenshot of your Venues wp-admin page?

MemberI do not see a license for Event Tickets Plus (ET+) on your account.
Did you accidentally order via a 2nd account on our site? If you’re unsure, please tell me the order number and I can investigate it further.

Memberhttp://stage.liquidfactory.it/montepulciano/it/calendario-eventi/mese/ is Month View
http://stage.liquidfactory.it/montepulciano/it/calendario-eventi/elenco/ has 4 events in the List View
I see your “postsPerPage” setting in The Events Calendar’s settings is 12, but it could be your theme.
Please switch to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Seventeen, etc. and see if the issue is still happening in List View.
March 12, 2018 at 3:19 pm in reply to: Wrong Dates on events when using The Grid or Essential Grid Plugins #1476977Cliff
MemberSorry for the delayed reply.
We don’t provide support for third-party plugins like Essential Grid, just the “Include events in main blog loop” option at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab.
I am unsure how or why this would have changed. Did Essential Grid maybe also update?
You could try downgrading your version of PRO and keep the latest version of Essential Grid and see how it works for you.
Please let me know what you find out.

MemberSorry for the delayed reply. With the latest versions of all our plugins and Divi main/parent theme, and without a “category” or “limit” shortcode argument, I was unable to replicate this. Here’s a GIF of my testing: https://cl.ly/0i0I2B3N3f2J

Please let me know how it goes for you.

MemberHi, Edie. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a confirmed issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Please also provide a screenshot of your count of Venues from yoursite-com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_venue
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
All events need both an event start and end date.
However, our Community Events add-on may be what you’re looking for to allow users to create events at their chosen times.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/4959305-shortcode-for-community-events
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Thank you.
