MemberThanks for that information. Looking into the code, there’s nothing I saw that was obviously conflicting (like registering the same cron hook name or modifying the site’s timezone settings).
So is your suspicion that the WordPress general settings timezone setting is being CHANGED by having both these plugins activated? If so, could you see what it’s set to before and after iCal Importer is activated?
Do you notice any difference in the cron schedule if iCal Importer is setup for automatic/cron import and THEN you activate Woo Pre-Orders and then the cron schedule is correct overall? (i.e. order of operations)
If you don’t end up getting this figured out with these testing options, would you mind grabbing your system information and pasting it here? Make sure to use the “Set as private reply” checkbox to protect your private information from the public.
You can find the system info by going to WP Admin > Events > Settings, clicking on the “Help” tab, and scrolling down to the “System Information” box. (Or by going to [yoursite]/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tribe-events-calendar&tab=help)
Thanks!

MemberAt wp-admin > Events > Settings > General, do you see the 3rd option (you’ll need PRO activated):

Maybe try checking that box and seeing if it works as desired for your use case.
Please let me know.
Cliff
MemberI’m sorry to hear that. Thanks for trying.
I asked you to make sure to use the current versions because I’m not experiencing this issue.
Since you said you tried switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme already (I assume you tried this again after updating your Modern Tribe plugins), I’m wondering if there’s a plugin conflict.
Could you try temporarily activating the default Twenty Fifteen (or Fourteen is fine) theme and seeing if the issue persists?
If disabling the theme fixes it, we have narrowed the issue down to a theme conflict. Do you have any theme overrides for the Events Calendar? If so could you try disabling them by renaming your [themename]/tribe-events/ folder to ‘tribe-events-bak’. Did that fix it?
If the issue persists in the default Twenty Fifteen theme, then we have a different set of debugging steps. Please keep the Twenty Fifteen theme enabled, and also disable any plugins other than the ones from Modern Tribe to see if that fixes it. If it does, please try re-enabling the plugins one at a time until the issue resurfaces. When it does resurface, can you let me know which plugin caused that to happen?

MemberYou’re welcome to submit the non-profit application and it’ll be reviewed. However, note that there’s no support included with those licenses so you may choose to just buy them anyway without applying for the free versions.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Regarding the new Event Tickets plugin, it should be released soon so you shouldn’t have to wait too long to use it.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cliff
MemberOk. Thanks for sharing for others to benefit from too!
Cliff
MemberPaul, this is the current functionality.
Do you not see these buttons on your Event Single page?

Cliff
MemberHi David. Please download the latest versions of the core/free plugin and the add-ons you have:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Then please try your situation again and see if it is still happening.
Thank you.

MemberHi Greg. Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/control-visibility-of-sidebar-widgets/#dl_post-1011743 and see if adding those new widget areas will help you with what you’re wanting to accomplish.
And, FYI, the events page that’s created is actually a WordPress “custom post type archive” page, not an actual WordPress “page” or “post”.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Cliff
MemberHi Greg. Thanks for contacting us.
Since you said it works properly with Twenty Fifteen, I’d suggest contacting the author of your child theme to resolve the errant link.
Cliff
MemberHi Maurizio.
Here’s documentation on the differences between the core/free plugin and the PRO add-on widgets: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-the-list-widget/
It sounds like you’re asking about the “filtering by category” option that is available in PRO’s widget.
As far as compatibility with Visual Composer plugin, I cannot speak to that as we don’t provide support for third party plugins and themes, per our Scope of Support Terms.
However, if there are some screenshots or a link you’d like to share, I might be able to spot something to help with this issue.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can answer for you.
Cliff
MemberHi Ken.
Per our Scope of Support Terms, we only provide support for the default WordPress themes, like Twenty Fifteen.
It seems the combination of items to create the issue you described involves specific aspects of your theme / layout builder.
If there’s something else I can help you with, please update this ticket or create a new ticket if it’s a separate issue.
Thank you very much for your understanding.

You can find out more information about our non-profit offering at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/do-you-offer-discounts-for-non-profit-organizations/
Please let me know if you need any further help.
Cliff
MemberHi. Can I ask the purpose of this setup so I can best advise?
Are you trying to display them all on a single page or hide certain ones from the month-view calendar, or what?
Thanks.
