MemberHi Ron. Thanks for your purchase and your question.
To install The Events Calendar PRO, you need to first install The Events Calendar and then the PRO add-on from the .zip you can download from here.

MemberHi Manuel. Thanks for your question regarding tribe_get_events().
There is definitely not a limit set by us. However, your site, server, PHP settings, etc may affect your site’s performance.
Regarding this piece of your code:
global $post; foreach ( $po_all_events as $post ) { setup_postdata( $post );It seems
global $post;is unnecessary (or needs to be moved elsewhere) because it gets overwritten by the foreach.I hope something here helps you.

MemberHi Antonio Jose. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see you’re using Event Tickets Plus + WooCommerce.
When someone adds any quantity of tickets to their cart and checkout, do you see them in your wp-admin > WooCommerce Orders as needing to be completed?
And once you “complete” the Order, does the stock quantity then reflect an accurate count?
Cliff
MemberHi Jake.
I can appreciate your request, but I see the only current license you have with support included is Events Calendar PRO, not Event Tickets Plus.
I can tell you that we do not have known WooCommerce extension conflicts. If there are extensions that tie in to the WooCommerce checkout procedure, they should work just fine.
However, I would guess anything that integrates with products (e.g. grouped) would not be a seamless, plug-and-play integration because Event Tickets Plus is the plugin that creates a new product for each new ticket.
Since we don’t test with all their extensions, your trial and error might be the best route to try with or without an active support plan for Event Tickets Plus.

MemberHi Ryan. Thanks for your clear communication on these topics.
I’ve logged an internal bug/feature request with our developers to be able to filter and/or sort by date post created. However, I do not see this as easily possible in wp-admin’s Events List view.
I would suggest installing our Advanced Post Manager plugin to see if you can find events more easily by sorting by actual event dates (not wp-admin post created date).
Regarding duplicating events: I couldn’t tell if it worked for you or not, but we do not have any such plugins that we officially recommend.

MemberCraig, thanks for confirming.
Timezone settings haven’t been fully ironed out, but we’re doing our best to account for all possible scenarios. I’m glad things are working for you now! 🙂

MemberSince that one event imported fine for me but not for you, please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberThank you for the additional information.
Since that same venue previously worked, my guess is the Eventbrite API might be having some downtime. Is this event not working while other events are working?
Another alternative is to follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any messages you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
After all that, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Thanks.

MemberJoelle,
I believe get_custom_field_by_label(), mentioned previously, is exactly what you want.
Did you try using it yet?

MemberHi Brandon. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I tried the recurrence “Add Another Rule” button and it worked fine on my local testing site.
I’m guessing there’s a JavaScript console error on that wp-admin event editor page. Could you please look into that if you know how?
If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.

I’ll also include these tried and true tips that may help you discover the cause of this:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

MemberHi Lewis. Sorry you’re having this issue.
It sounds like you’re pushing one of your WordPress events to Eventbrite. If that’s correct, does this WordPress event have a Venue assigned?
If yes, does that Venue have valid address/location information?
If yes, please provide any screenshots of your wp-admin area (e.g. event or venue edit screens) that may be helpful to us.
Thank you.
