    Hi Nancy. Thanks for your detailed question and system information.

    Those are WordPress core filters, not filters from our plugins. Therefore, we wouldn’t be able to provide support for them — other than to suggest you might try adding a priority to each filter that’s not taking effect — such as add_filter( 'excerpt_more', 'child_read_more_link', 30 );

    And/Or, you might need to use remove_filter() before adding your filter.

    I’d also like to point out that your System Information Report doesn’t show The Events Calendar or The Events Calendar PRO active on your site — which is odd since that’s where this information report comes from… Additionally, you’re using a considerably-outdated version of WordPress core.

    Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

    Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

    If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

    If it doesn’t, please share your System Information (again). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

    Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Thank you very much for your generous contribution!

    I see this plugin has about 400 active installs at this time. Therefore, it’s probably best we don’t roll this into our core plugin at this time, but we definitely hope it works well for you long-term and again appreciate your willingness to share!

    Patti, I’m very sorry this is causing so much confusion for you. I asked someone else from the team to look over our conversation, and they confirmed that I’ve explained Photo View accurately. Others have had similar feedback in the past.

    The Photo View uses jQuery Isotope to output the items in a Pinterest-type grid but not in a rigid row-column type grid.

    Everything at http://www.mi-demo.com/wpsample/events/ is displayed how I would expect it to be (and how I previously described it should be).

    Of course, I want to astound and amaze you with my answers to your support questions, but I’m not sure how much more I can help you on this topic. 🙁

    Please thoroughly review my previous replies, focusing on the events being in their Start Date order and only looking at where the top of each item starts (regardless of which column it’s in).

    Hi Yohann.

    Our plugins don’t create or display any sidebars (widget areas) so we wouldn’t be able to provide support for them.

    However, changing this option may help:
    wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > “Events Template” setting

    Please let me know if there’s anything more I can help with on this topic.

    Hi. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.

    We don’t answer support questions for Events core/free or PRO add-on in the Pre-Sales forum.

    If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.

    Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

    Hi James.

    tribe-events-list-separator-month gets created via https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.2.2/src/functions/template-tags/loop.php#L339

    You could potentially use the tribe_events_list_the_date_headers filter and run str_replace or strip_tags.

    I hope this helps. If not, please let me know how I can be of further assistance to you.

    Hi Jörgen.

    Thanks for the screenshots, but there’s no way for me to tell exactly what’s going on in either one. However, I’d guess that your theme and/or color customizations are different between those two screenshots.

    Please provide much more information (links, screenshots, System Information reports, anything else you think would be helpful) so that I can help you further.

    Thanks.

    Hi Pete.

    I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests:

    Please do add your vote(s) there.

    This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

    Regarding “sync with a CRM via API”, our Events are able to be exported via iCal format or possibly via the WP API, but we don’t have any custom/native API built into the plugin.

    Thank you.

    Hi RK. Thanks for considering our suite of plugins. Here’s some high-level information for you:

    Your non-profit organizations may be interested in our Do you offer discounts for nonprofit organizations? help article.

    I’m not sure you’ll need them, but we do offer pre-built Bundles, which some of our customers have found to be a great way to get several of our plugins at a “bulk purchase” discount.

    We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

    Here are answers to some of your specifics:

    Our iCal Importer plugin can import from O365 iCal URLs, either as a one-time import or a scheduled/recurring import.

    However, it does not import recurring events as a connected series of events. In other words, if you setup a recurring event in O365 calendar as Event A on Day 1, 2, and 3, it will import to your WordPress site as Event A, Event B, and Event C — 3 separate events.

    ==

    Events can be assigned to Event Categories or Tags. Each Event Category generates its own view, such as http://wpshindig.com/events/category/learning/ vs http://wpshindig.com/events/category/tech-events/ (WPShindig.com is our Demo Site, so feel free to click around there).

    iCal Importer can assign all imported events to an Event Category of your choosing. For example, unique iCal Feed URL “X” would be imported like regular but also assigned to the “Learning” Events Category, and unique iCal Feed URL “Y” would be imported like regular but also assigned to the “Tech Events” Events Category.

    ==

    There are many ways to customize our plugins so however you choose to implement SignUpGenius (with which I have no experience) should be doable.

    If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.

    ==

    Obviously, you might benefit from iCal Importer, as previously mentioned, but you might also like the functionality of our Filter Bar plugin.

    You may want to simply try out the free/core version of our plugin (which is required to be continually installed alongside all our add-on plugins) on your own localhost site to give it a test drive (DesktopServer helps make this really easy to do).

    ==

    Lastly, you can purchase it through any account/email address you choose to. Just know that only that user account will be able to create support tickets in each product’s forum (our only method of support). However, you can edit your accounts email address at any time at My Account.

    Chris, could you please provide a screenshot and/or link where your users are seeing mention of PayPal?

    Could you please also share your System Information? That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

    It sounds like we’re looking at the same thing. Please see 15-seconds into the video I shared. The events are in order if you look at the top of each Photo View item in relationship to the top of the page (not in relationship to each other). Said another way, if your browser’s address bar is the North Pole, all the Photo View items are in order by the earlier start dates being “more north” than later events.

    I hope this clears things up. If you’d like to see the sorting script improved, feel free to suggest it as an enhancement at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

    This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

    If you post it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
