Functionality question

Hi,

Are the following functions possible somehow:

1. As a new event is added into the calendar, an auto email is sent to every user in the WP database advising them of the new event?
2. As it nears an event, can the system send an auto email to users advising them the event is almost on?
3. Can the event calendar sync with a CRM via API?

Hi Pete.

I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests:

• Allow users to Subscribe to Calendar via email
• Notify registered users
• Reminder Emails for X Days Before Event
• Email function if event is changed or cancelled

Please do add your vote(s) there.

This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

Regarding “sync with a CRM via API”, our Events are able to be exported via iCal format or possibly via the WP API, but we don’t have any custom/native API built into the plugin.
