MemberI tried http://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/Calendar/calendar.ics again in iCal Importer (with today’s date as a limiter, which is on by default, and then without — and with all other plugins deactivated) and still got the same error again and again.
And I tried it in Event Aggregator and the preview of events worked again.
Could you please make sure you’re on the latest version of WordPress and all our plugins and then test it again and if it doesn’t act the same as my site, please share a fresh copy of your System Information Report (wp-admin > Events > Settings > Help tab)
Also, did you sign up for the beta?

MemberJairo,
We have a tribe_minutes_increment filter to allow “every X minutes” (to override the “every 5 minutes” default), but that doesn’t increment every 5 minutes and then also add 59 as the last option. On my local testing site, I’m seeing “every 5 minutes” but without the last 59 option (for both start time and end time).
Regarding the price, why would you think it should say “30 € + 3 cocktails” instead of just “30 €” — what did you enter for the event’s price? I assume you entered “30”, no?

MemberJoseph, thanks for reporting this. As you know, we’ve moved this thread to email.

Member“You’re welcome.” – j/k – I hope we’re just having fun together. 😉
I understand you’re dissatisfied with how this support thread progressed, and I apologize for not meeting your expectations.
To recap, I did test Event Category iCal export links on my local testing site but didn’t experience it being limited. I looked into the code and didn’t see any posts_per_page limitations (but I could have missed something), and I know we’ve had conflicts with Divi overriding posts_per_page arguments. Again, that’s not your issue because you’re not using Divi, but that’s the line of thought I went down. What is your Posts per Page setting at wp-admin > Settings > Reading > “Blog pages show at most” option? Is it set to 20 (since you said only 20 of 100 show up in your site’s export)?
Although I am imperfect, I want to do my best to help you out with this issue. Please feel free to share any feedback about the level of support you’re looking for or where I fell short for you in regards to not seeing this thread through to the end.
Thanks.

MemberThanks for the update.
This is definitely not default behavior. Here’s a screenshot of my local testing site’s similar markup: https://cl.ly/0s1x1J1F3k3D
You can also visit our demo Community Events form at http://wpshindig.com/events/community/add
I found http://blueseptember.org.nz/events/community/add/ (your site) and did confirm the display:none is in-line, like your screenshot. I disabled my browser’s JavaScript and re-visited your page and saw this: https://cl.ly/2r2C0T1p3T07
Therefore, your site has some JS that hides these fields (on purpose or by accident).
I hope this helps!

MemberI know it won’t be released anytime soon, but you could also look into Zapier as an alternative: Automating Event Promotion With Zapier
Have a great rest of your week!

MemberMath, the code I provided isn’t expected to work out of the box. The short answer is, no, including Filter Bar around your site is not one of the built-in features. Additionally, that code was a starting point for the Tribe Bar (from the free/core plugin) and not for Filter Bar.
Regarding swapping out Filter Bar for PRO, no we cannot do that for you at this time because you purchased a bundle that didn’t include PRO. Also, yesterday, we discovered a pricing error for the bundle you purchased where the price was supposed to be $499 but you purchased it for $299… good for you, no problem… but just consider purchasing PRO separately now, and you can sort of think of it like it’s on a $200 discount just for you 😉
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
Cliff
MemberSince it worked in Event Aggregator but not iCal Importer, I’m guessing it’s not something the client’s doing, but please do report back when you find out.

MemberHi Michael. Sorry this has been causing you frustration and wasted time.
There are several things that could be affecting your site’s buttons.
I’d suggest first making sure your PRO Color Customizer settings are as desired.
Once those are set, if you still need assistance, please tell me the exact colors you want for your buttons and provide me a link to see your site’s buttons, and I’ll provide you a CSS snippet.

MemberHi Deborah.
It sounds like you’re already familiar with our Using one license for your live and dev sites KB article. The other alternative is to purchase a higher-level license that allows more than just 1 site to be registered with the same license key. You can upgrade by visiting your My Account > License Keys page and clicking the “Upgrade to ___” link.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi.
I’m unsure if that CSS is still applicable for what you’re wanting, but here’s information about how to add custom CSS:
You can add custom CSS code via your child theme’s style.css file or via a plugin like Simple Custom CSS or, my favorite, Jetpack. Jetpack supports regular CSS and the LESS and Sass pre-processors.
If you’re not a CSS expert, Jetpack’s Custom Design reference may prove helpful.
If you don’t figure it out, please provide a link to the Filter Bar on your site and exactly what you’re wanting, and I should be able to help.

MemberHi Sergio.
Thanks for your interest in our Event Tickets Plus add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets plugin.
Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.
You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.
Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.
Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. example.com/events/rogers-day-at-the-zoo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.
The order confirmation email will include a QR code that can be scanned to “check in” someone at the door at the time of the event. You can read more at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this past bug.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi Jairo.
Thanks for the details. If you delete this event and re-create it — and the same happens again — I’d suggest following our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Finally, in the case of this sort of bug/issue, please record your screen entering a brand new event (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) so we can try to reproduce the issue.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
