ParticipantHello,
When an email gets sent to the client for an event submission, under event venue it has ‘unnamed venue’
When she clicks the link to review the event, that page also shows no organiser details such as name, phone number or email.
Is there a way to show these? Maybe I’ve changed a setting somewhere? I’ve tried to find the problem but I’m going around in circles.
Is there a way to fix these problems? Have I done something wrong?
Kind regards,

MemberHi Matt. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t a known issue so I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
I’m sorry for the late reply, things have been crazy lately with deadlines, etc.
I have tried a couple of your suggestions with no luck, however I did find out more about the exact problem…A user is logged in and using event page form. The venue name, address, city , postal code, phone fields are all visible.
A visitor to the site uses the form and is not logged in, these fields disappear. I have found display: none in-line and have attached an image. This could possibly be something I have done but for the life of me I cannot find where to adjust the code.
Does this help?
Thank you for your help so far.Kind regards,

MemberThanks for the update.
This is definitely not default behavior. Here’s a screenshot of my local testing site’s similar markup: https://cl.ly/0s1x1J1F3k3D
You can also visit our demo Community Events form at http://wpshindig.com/events/community/add
I found http://blueseptember.org.nz/events/community/add/ (your site) and did confirm the display:none is in-line, like your screenshot. I disabled my browser’s JavaScript and re-visited your page and saw this: https://cl.ly/2r2C0T1p3T07
Therefore, your site has some JS that hides these fields (on purpose or by accident).
I hope this helps!
