Bulk email attendees

Hi,
Contemplating buying the Pro version but wondering if the Pro version allows you to bulk email the attendees – e.g. as a reminder about the event? So email everyone that’s RSVP’d to say “don’t forget to bring wellies” for example.

Can you also set up an automatic event reminder email to be issued about the event from their email? (Assuming not everyone will have ical and google cal set up and would be more likely to check emails)

Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

We currently don’t have such functionality in any of our plugins, but I know it’s something we’re looking really intently on for the long-term.

Side note: I’m in the USA so I had to look up what “wellies” were (rain boots, right?), but if weather’s a big deal by you, you might be interested in this third-party plugin (actually authored by me but completely separately from Modern Tribe).

Anyway, regarding purchasing PRO or any of our other add-ons, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

My client was just asking for this functionality. I hope it’s implemented in the near future so I can stop manually sending emails for them. Thanks for letting us know about this.

I know it won’t be released anytime soon, but you could also look into Zapier as an alternative: Automating Event Promotion With Zapier
