MemberCorrect. ET+ integrates with your eCommerce plugin of choice (most popular by far is WooCommerce). It doesn’t have any cart, checkout, or payment gateway functionality.
A good place to start might be enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and sharing any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
You might also include a screenshot where you’re expecting to see the option you’re looking for.
And maybe try downgrading to the previous version of https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/ (assuming that’s the one you’re using), since the version you’re using was released just 2 days ago.

MemberHi, Herr.
We have two known issues with .ics exports:
- Event Single Page exports a blank .ics file
- Event Month View exports only the furthest-future events
Which of these two issues do you think is the one you’re experiencing — or possibly a different issue?

MemberHi, Jon.
Our plugin cannot import .xls or .xlsx (Excel) files, only .csv files.
Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/ for further details.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Riccardo.
We haven’t received any reports of HHVM issues/incompatibilities. However, it’s likely not very widely used.
I’d suggest giving it a spin and reporting any issues you find or report back that you didn’t find any issues. We’d appreciate it!
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Aya.
Am I correct in understanding that you want to sell tickets outside of the Event Single pages, such as via the main WooCommerce Shop?
Could you also please specify (link to) which membership plugin you’re using?
Thank you.

MemberHi. http://johnstonnow.com/events/2017-03/ took a very long time to load, which is not good–typically a sign there are other issues with your site.
Anyway, to your reported issue, I looked at the .ics file you provided and it actually includes the events furthest in the future (really just the recurring events 24 months out in January 2019).
I do see that your site’s .ics output is the same for all months, and I was able to reproduce this on my local testing site.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Lindsay.
Sorry you’re experiencing this, but we cannot assist with WooCommerce payment gateway errors because that shouldn’t have anything to do with our plugin (after the ticket/product is already added to the cart).
Please contact WooCommerce support for this issue and let me know if there’s anything here they ask us to help with.
Please note that threads get Closed automatically after a couple weeks of inactivity. If it does get Closed, please open a new thread, adding your current problem description and also linking back to this thread.
Thank you!

MemberHi, Bruce.
Sorry you’re experience this.
Could you please provide me a copy of the latest version of your theme (or is this a plugin?) so I can test this?
Please also provide any additional testing steps for me to follow to try to reproduce the issue.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Rachel. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
With the latest versions of our plugins, WordPress core, and Twenty Sixteen them, it’s working fine for me: https://cl.ly/1i0A2Q1l1c3P
Therefore, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Eric.
I visited http://jadepresents.com/events/photo/ with Google Chrome’s device emulator and it worked just fine for iPhone 6 in both portrait and landscape modes: short video of my testing
However, I got the same results as you when I tested on my iPhone 7 Plus, iPad Air 2, and iMac Safari browsers. I also noticed really slow initial page load times on each browser.
I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on my own testing site, and I haven’t seen others report this issue, so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

MemberHi, Antonio Jose.
Google translated your message as:
I’m running tests with the plugin entries and when I receive the e-mail (as final client) appears in the subject Your tickets from {sitename}, I suppose instead of {sitename} should appear the name of the domain
The email subject comes from https://github.com/moderntribe/event-tickets/blob/4.4.0.1/src/Tribe/RSVP.php#L678-L679
You could use the tribe_rsvp_email_subject filter to customize it.
You can reference https://theeventscalendar.com/tips-working-wordpress-actions-filters/#using-arguments-callbacks for an example how to filter it.
Please let me know how this goes for you.
