MemberRussell, we’re not experiencing the issue with our Advanced Post Manager plugin, but I’m glad you’ve got it sorted out.
Cliff
MemberI viewed your event and “Register Now” links to “#”, which goes nowhere.
I’ll suggest making sure you have Event Tickets (and, optionally, Event Tickets Plus) active.
If that’s not the issue, you’ll need to work this out with your developer or theme author.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberInteresting. Thanks for reporting back. Sorry for the extra effort required here.

MemberThanks for that good troubleshooting work.
I’ll have to point you back to your theme’s support to work on this issue.
Does their theme specify it’s compatible with our plugins? Do your date formats display differently elsewhere, like in wp-admin Date Posted?
Cliff
MemberSure thing.

Best practice for adding custom code (like to implement a PHP snippet to modify The Events Calendar) is to create a functionality plugin, unless it’s something specific to your theme, in which case best practice is to make sure you’re using a child theme, then add the customization to your child theme’s functions.php file.
I hope this information helps!

MemberHi, Paul. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
If you don’t solve your issues resolving any WP_DEBUG messages, please provide a copy of the latest version of your theme (you can use a Private Reply).
Thanks.

MemberHi, Joshua.
It sounds like you’re trying to use Event Aggregator‘s features. You might also be using PRO‘s features.
Without a license for the Event Aggregator service, you can only import CSV files.
Please let me know if this fully answers your questions.

MemberNo worries. Since this isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

- License Keys

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If you don’t solve the issue, please provide me a copy of the CSV file you’re trying to import? It can be in a private reply.
Thanks.

MemberHi, James.
Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Is this a WP_DEBUG message you received? If yes, please provide the full stacktrace and a description how to recreate this issue (what steps to take, what pages to visit).
If you need a refresher on WP_DEBUG:
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while editing widgets, using the WP Customizer, changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.January 16, 2017 at 4:32 pm in reply to: Supporting multiple sites with PRO for clients, but can’t post in support form #1219335Cliff
MemberHi, Cully.
I’ve moved this thread from the Pre-Sales Forum to the PRO support forum and have asked a developer to take a look at your information.
To avoid this issue in the future (as I cannot guarantee we’ll do this again), you are correct that you/your account cannot post here without a license of your own. You could buy an Agency license or something like that (any multiple install license) and be the only one to be able to submit new threads (then they wouldn’t need their own licenses and wouldn’t be able to post here), or you could have them provide you their credentials so you can post here… Please reference the Account Security section of https://theeventscalendar.com/terms/
Thanks for your understanding.
I’ll reply back here once I get an update from one of our developers.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this. It is a known bug that should be fixed soon via a plugin update.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
However, if you’re anxious to get it resolved right away, replacing the entire contents of this file:
/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Asset/Bootstrap_Datepicker.php
with this code:
resolved the issue for me. You might want to try it too.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Russell.
1)
Event Tickets Plus requires the free/core Event Tickets plugin to work.
ET/ET+ can work with more than just our The Events Calendar plugin, but it sounds like you may not have that plugin active either.
Once all 3 of these are running (if you also want to use our events plugin), you should see “Events” menu options in your wp-admin menu.
Please let me know if this answers your menu issue.
2)
Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.
You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.
Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.
Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. example.com/events/rogers-day-at-the-zoo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.
The order confirmation email will include a QR code that can be scanned to “check in” someone at the door at the time of the event. You can read more at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees.
I hope this info helps. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
