The “Good News. We have tickets available for this date.” message is not from our plugins.

If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your own developer, your theme author, or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

Anna, I don’t see any screenshots; did you mean to share some?

Our plugins don’t have any integrations with page builder plugins like Divi, Visual Composer, etc.

Ronnie, I’m asking for a link to your single event view or your events archive view where you’re noticing images not in your desired 16:9 sizing.

Yes, it is an issue that has been reported by several, but we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue ourselves, and we haven’t found a commonality amongst those reporting.

Please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

Please also provide a screenshot of your issue.

Thanks for testing. We don’t claim any specific WooCommerce extensions, per this KB article.

Still, I did install the plugin and saw this is available at each Product edit screen: https://cl.ly/1K1x2k3j0w3q

Checking that box makes the fields appear, but I did not try adding any information in those boxes.

    Hi, Jim.

You can download the latest version from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

Once you have that .zip, please delete The Events Calendar PRO via wp-admin/plugins.php and install a fresh version from the wp-admin plugin installer by uploading the .zip you just downloaded.

You can do the same for The Events Calendar core/free plugin, except you don’t have to obtain the .zip first; you can simply search for it from the WordPress plugin install screen.

    ===

Deleting The Events Calendar or its add-on plugins will NOT delete any of your data if you delete it via the WordPress plugin manager because that’s how we’ve decided to code our plugin.

FYI: deleting any plugin via FTP or cPanel’s File Manager (i.e. deleting just the files from the server) will also ensure a plugin gets deleted (if you delete the entire plugin folder) without removing any data from the database. This can sometimes be helpful to know in cases where a plugin does run an uninstall routine to delete data (again, our plugins do not run such a routine at this time and probably never will).

You can also see the difference when you click to delete a plugin, like this.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

    Hi, Tomonori.

    Sorry you experienced this.

I’m glad you got it sorted out.

If you do come across other issues in the future, feel free to open a new support thread.

Have a great rest of your week and a successful website launch!

Hi, Kay. If I understand you correctly, you’re asking about the View all events link on a day of the month that has too many events to display all at once, right?

If yes, clicking that link should take you to that day’s Daily View. I tested and it worked properly on my site. However, I see this did not happen at your site.

It might be due to not having your Permalinks enabled. Please send me a screenshot of your wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks

    Hi, Carlos.

If you’re asking about your purchase history, I show you currently have an active Event Tickets Plus license but your Events Calendar PRO license is not active.

Did you already get this question answered by someone else (possibly via email support), or do you still need assistance here?

Also, to be clear, what you’re reporting does not sound related to that other forum thread… but it could be.

And we have not heard of conflicts with Divi theme as you stated.

If you could provide any screenshots or links to help me help you with any issues you’re having, we might be able to get to the bottom of this more quickly.

Anna, I do apologize for you being affected by this bug.

As stated at the end of the thread you referenced, this fix is expected to be released this week (which leaves tomorrow or Friday). If not released then, it’ll be next week… but should be “very soon”.

Once we release the next version of Event Tickets and/or Event Tickets Plus, please try that update and then let me know how it goes for you (hopefully all good things).

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
