    Hi

    We just installed the events calendar pro and event tickets plus, plus woo commerce onto our divi themed site. It is not compatible with the divi theme, in that it doesn’t show the divi builder, but also once you click on the checkout link to buy the ticket I get this Not Found link, with 404 not found.
    This is very frustrating as I need to sell tickets for events in the next 2-3 weeks, so giving generic answers won’t help as the days tick by. Are you ble to resolve this issue or not? Otherwise unfortunately I will have to find another ticketing solution – which has caused us extra cost and time in paying for these systems plus the time paid to help ge this set up. Are you able to reimburse all these expenses, or help us get this fixed in a timely manner ASAP?

    Anna, I do apologize for you being affected by this bug.

    As stated at the end of the thread you referenced, this fix is expected to be released this week (which leaves tomorrow or Friday). If not released then, it’ll be next week… but should be “very soon”.

    Once we release the next version of Event Tickets and/or Event Tickets Plus, please try that update and then let me know how it goes for you (hopefully all good things).

    Also, to be clear, what you’re reporting does not sound related to that other forum thread… but it could be.

    And we have not heard of conflicts with Divi theme as you stated.

    If you could provide any screenshots or links to help me help you with any issues you’re having, we might be able to get to the bottom of this more quickly.

    Thanks for your replies.

    Please find screen shots of the back end of the pages for your plug in vs
    the divi builder which has modules etc to design the content. There is no
    use divi builder with your plug in so the formatting and ensign doesn’t
    integrate on my website. It just feels very limited compared to what I can
    do with divi and also eventbrite which i have been using for the past 2
    years.

    Anna, I don’t see any screenshots; did you mean to share some?

    Our plugins don’t have any integrations with page builder plugins like Divi, Visual Composer, etc.
