KeymasterHey there and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
Thanks so much!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan

KeymasterHi John,
Thanks for emailing support.
The following forum post has a snippet that allows only one category to be used for Related Events:
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. In your screenshot if you click on the link it takes you to the screen where you can edit the email. If you want multiple recipients, just separate them by commas. You can only do this when you are logged in as an administrator.
Let me know if that works.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Jared,
In this case you will want to buy a event hub licenses and you can use the same license on multiple sites, up to 10. This will give you 1,000 each day.
Let me know if that makes sense.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. I see you may be one version behind on the events calendar pro. Can you update that and let me know how that goes? I’m not aware of any issues but lets start there first.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Mike,
Looking at your calendar I am not seeing English text. Can you point out what is in English?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Gregory,
Well that stinks. Didn’t realize they started charging. I will let our team know. In regards to a different, I do not know of any. Maybe search for one in the wordpress plugin directory and see if any fit your needs.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Most definitely you are correct you do not want to change the core file. You can check instructions in our themer’s guide on how to edit this without it getting overwritten. In short you would just recreated the file and directory structure inside your child theme.

Let me know if that helps.

KeymasterHi there,
Sounds like there is a conflict with either our plugin and other plugins or our plugin and your theme. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Ok so that makes more sense. Sounds like there is a conflict in jquery. Do you know if you have any jquery libraries in your themes function.php file. You can open that file and search “jquery” to see.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterAnytime Sue!
Let us know if that works for you.
