Refunds not restocking / tickets-attendees no longer exporting ticket type

Upon updates:

1. When refunding an order, the system was automatically restocking the # of tickets available and it’s no longer functioning properly.

2. tickets-attendees no longer exporting ticket type column.

We have tried a stock WordPress theme and are not seeing any javascript or php errors. Any suggestions? Have you seen a similar issue to this before?
