Hopefully you were able to get Victor’s info.
We do see this sort of issue pop up from time to time and most of those cases can be resolved by following the steps outlined in this article. Will you please give those steps a try and let me know if you see a difference?
This should help do the trick but, if not, please do let me know and we can try some more troubleshooting methods to resolve this.

So looking at the console. I can see no javascript errors but I do see its not working. Now, can you enable debug mode and then go to that page and see if there are any errors and send them here?

Yes, so what you need to do is remove the plugin directories from the plugins folder and install fresh copies. This doesn’t remove the data since that is stored in the database so all of your events and settings will remain the same.

You definitely bring up a valid point with using extensions for woocommerce. I know other customers use extensions to extend functionality so its worth a shot. We just don’t have anything on hand. Granted, we do offer a no questions asked full refund within the first 30 days.

Thanks for emailing support. You most likely are running into a permission issue. First thing to try is upload your plugins manually through FTP.

Thanks for emailing support. The event calendar pro will have the same monthly structure as the regular event calendar. Not to say it can’t be done, but it would require custom development on your end.
