KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Can you check and see if the date is changing to 4-15 in this case? If not, manually change date. It may think you are trying to set the time to 2 am in the past on the 14th.
Let me know if that works.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. We have thousands of customers using these plugins on regular shared hosting with zero issues. Can your hosting give you any error logs as to what could be happening? If they have determined its our plugin, they should have this info available to backup this claim.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. You can use the regular event calendar plugin with this extension.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. We do not have an integration with that plugin so you would have to manually add them.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Can you try using Bulk Delete Plugin? It worked pretty well for me in the past. If this doesn’t help I can give the SQL query a try. In any case be sure to back up the database before the cleanup!

KeymasterHi Hans-Gerd,
Do you have any other cron running on your site besides wp-cron?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products. You would need the Event Aggregator plugin to accomplish this.
You can read more about it under Products > Event Aggregator.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Thats a tough one. It definitely is possible but it would require modifying the plugin and theme to add this functionality.
You can take a look at our Themer’s Guide if you have development experience or possibly hire an outside developer to achieve this.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Steve,
Thanks for emailing support. We do not have examples of this and I know others have asked about this in the past. I’m sure its possible but it would require a lot of outside development.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our plugins.
Out of the box 1-3 would need custom development. 4 would be possible with the additional event tickets plus add-on.
We have a Themer’s Guide for a high level overview of setting up template overrides that you can perform yourself or hire an outside company to make these modifications.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. To troubleshoot this, has there been an added css to your theme? Our plugin works in Avada so that is what I am thinking may be the issue.
Let me know what you find and we can go from there.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHey there and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
Thanks so much!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Stephen,
Thanks for considering our products. Yes, you will have an option in Account > License Keys to upgrade to ultimate in which you will be redirected to the card to pay the difference in pricing.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Kim,
Thanks for considering our products. Both are equal costs however you will need to accept the payment and that is where you might be charged. I would look into how much eventbrite charges in comparison to PayPal to determine which route to go with.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
