    Selected update for three products

    Calendar and CE updated okay
    Pro failed:

    The plugin events-calendar-pro/events-calendar-pro.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

    Downloaded the .zip, attempted to install and…

    Installing Plugin from uploaded file: events-calendar-pro.4.4.23.zip
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support. You most likely are running into a permission issue. First thing to try is upload your plugins manually through FTP.

    Please re-read original post from the point where I wrote, “Downloaded the
    .zip, attempted to install and.”

    I think that the auto-install failed but did not clean up after itself. Did
    that prevent the manual install?

    Hi there,

    Yes, so what you need to do is remove the plugin directories from the plugins folder and install fresh copies. This doesn’t remove the data since that is stored in the database so all of your events and settings will remain the same.
